Dena is Manager of Professional Core Solutions (ProCore) and Assistant Human Resources (HR) Manager for Genesis Biotechnology Group (GBG), a ProCore sister company. Since joining the team as Talent Acquisition Assistant, Dena has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including HR Generalist and HR Team Lead. Dena currently supports the HR efforts of both GBG and ProCore by overseeing a team of 20 plus direct reports within several different areas of the HR department, including Talent Acquisition, Account Management, Employee Management and Relations, Event Planning, and Community and College Outreach. Dena is an active member of SHRM with several years of demonstrated management experience. Her areas of expertise within HR include full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, training and development, policy administration, and compliance. Before joining the team, Dena maintained an Insurance Producer's License. She spent many years within the insurance industry, strategically managing large direct report teams within Customer Service and Underwriting Departments while selling and underwriting Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Health insurance policies. In addition, Dena was the acting liaison between those departments and HR, covering areas such as Training and Development and Employee Performance.

Claudia has over ten years combined experience in sales, marketing, and management in various industries, including the financial service and retail sectors. She has received numerous accolades and recognition for her sales, management, and HR achievements and works tirelessly to achieve her professional goals. Claudia joined GBG as part of the Human Resources team. She obtained extensive knowledge in Talent Acquisition and was soon given the opportunity to become the College & Community Outreach Coordinator. Claudia is currently the liaison between ProCore and the GBG Marketing Department for all business needs due to her event planning and hosting skills. Born and raised in California, Claudia has had the opportunity to spend time in various parts of the US and time abroad in Guatemala, where she perfected her Spanish while working as an Executive Administrator for a Credit Union. Claudia completed her bachelor's degree in Bilingual Office Administration.
Heather M. Stearns
Heather has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resource Administration. Heather obtains knowledge in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelors’ of Arts degree in Psychology.
