Outage Management
ProCore Solutions is equipped with a T-1 network, with full battery back-up, generator back-up and an off-site disaster recovery location. We have taken severe steps to provide uninterrupted outage management services during our clients' power outages.
Our CSR's are available 24/7 for outage calls. We also assign daily emergency outage teams to be available within minutes of a major outage. Every CSR and member of the management team is trained to handle outage calls.
