- Pre-Hire Drug Screening
- Dedicated recruiting department pulls applicants from universities, on-line sources, D.O.L., newspapers, and employee referrals.
CALL CENTER RECRUITING PROCESS
- Request for Call Center class is given to Recruiter.
- Recruiter will post the position and begin screening resumes.
- Recruiter will conduct phone screening and schedule candidates for application and testing in the office.
- If candidate passes all the tests - Supervisor will conduct 1st interview.
- If candidate passes arrange for job shadow and schedule 2nd interview with Manager.
- Background Check / Work References are to be completed immediately.
- Make Verbal Offer
- Orientation will be performed by HR representative prior to Training class
