ProCore Solutions and Enersource Hydro Mississauga, Inc. Announce Service Agreement

ProCore Solutions and Enersource Hydro Mississauga Inc., entered into a service agreement on November 12, 2001. ProCore Solutions has been contracted to handle electric service inquiry calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. ProCore will begin receiving calls prior to Ontario deregulation and continue for the length of the service agreement.
Veridian Corporation and Enersource Corporation, through its related company Ensersource Hydro Mississauga Services, Inc., launched a jointly-owned retail energy company, First Source.
First Source, a licensed electricity retailer in Ontario, now provides a community-owned energy retailing option to residential and business customers throughout the Toronto area.
The Ontario market is expected to deregulate May 2002.
