Procore Solutions Employees First In Class
February 2002
Where might one go to become a Certified Customer Service Specialist (CCSS)? Look no further than the Cobb EMC campus. Last year, 12 ProCore employees enrolled in and graduated from the three month CCSS program. They celebrated their efforts and received certificates at a December graduation ceremony.
The partnership between ProCore Solutions, Georgia QuickStart, Chattahoochee Technical College, and Cobb Energy was formed to provide students with the basic principals of business, quality service, customer contact skills, and computer skills. Through this program, Thomas Dame, ProCore Solutions Gas Research Representative, was able to learn more about other ProCore employees' jobs. "Learning what others do in the company helped me appreciate that it takes cooperation from all the branches of the company to keep things running smoothly," said Dame. Through this program, Dame was also able to upgrade his software and computerskills.
Upon completion of the program, students received CCSS certification and 15 academic credit hours at Chattahoochee Tech. Graduates can apply the credit to other diploma and degree programs.
Constance Land, ProCore Solutions Customer Service Representative, feels the program will help her "be more patient with customers' concerns and listen more in depth to be able to resolve problems correctly." She added that the program "will help any representative be more effective in communicating, listening, and problem-solving."
All ProCore and Cobb Energy employees are eligible to enroll in the CCSS program. Those completing the program will benefit from the training and skills the program offers.

ProCore employees were the first to graduate from the Certified Customer Service Specialists program in December. All ProCore and Cobb Energy employees are eligible to take advantage of the training program.
