Training at ProCore Solutions is T.E.R.R.I.F.I.C.
December 2004
In recent years GEDA (Georgia Education and Development Association) has been involved in recognizing "what's good" about Georgia education through the GEDA TERRIFIC Education Awards Program. The program awards are given annually in five categories of education: Elementary/Middle Secondary, Technical College & Adult Education, College & University (Regents & Private), and Multiple (more than one of the above). Awards are based upon the following factors: Timeliness, Efficacy, Relevance, Replication, Initiative, Flexibility, Innovation and Creativity.
On November 15, 2004, ProCore Solutions received the award for Technical College and Adult Education Category for the Certified Customer Service Specialist Program. CCSS (Certified Customer Service Specialist) is a technical college accredited course. It is the first customer service certification program of its kind in Georgia and credits are transferable to all technical colleges throughout the state. ProCore Solutions developed the Certified Customer Service Specialist Program so the company would have a supply of employees with consistent, high level, core competencies to work in customer service. Implementation consists of a curriculum from Chattahoochee Technical College offering the classes at the company location.
Since its inception, there have been 54 graduates including customer service representatives, training instructors and supervisors.
Both ProCore Solutions and Chattahoochee Tech value their relationship and look forward to continuing the CCSS educational program for many years.
ProCore Solutions would like to thank Chattahoochee Technical College for their nomination and GEDA for the T.E.R.R.I.F.I.C. award.
