ProCore Solutions Opens Its New Facility in Marietta

May 2003

ProCore Solutions, a specialized group that focuses on two areas, Call Center Operations and Staffing, opened the doors of its new facility to community leaders and local businesses on May 1, 2003. Organizations attending the ribbon-cutting included Cobb EMC, Cobb Energy, American Red Cross Southern Region, Campus Sports, Chattahoochee Technical College and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.

In July of 2000, ProCore Solutions opened its doors and began implementing unique recruiting and staffing initiatives, while providing exceptional outsourced call center services to clients. At that time, ProCore began taking Cobb EMC and Cobb Energy customer calls and replaced StaffMark as Cobb EMC's temporary staffing provider.

Some of ProCore's call center clients include Cobb EMC, Cobb Energy, CBV Interlink Control, Easy Bill, Enersource Hydro Mississauga, FirstSource and LecStar Telecom. The company also provides training services for Chattahoochee Technical College and staffing services for American Red Cross, Cousins Properties and InTown Suites. In addition, ProCore provides administrative services for Cobb EMC and Cobb Energy.

The new facility holds 154 call center seats and operates 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. In addition, the facility boasts a 40 seat training room and a quiet room in which employees can relax and ease stress.

Greg Steele, President/C.O.O., said, "the opening of ProCore Solutions Corporate Headquarters and client service center is a dream come true" He added, "Jim Valvano, former coach of the N.C. State basketball team and 1983 National Champions use to say 'never stop dreaming and never, ever give up.' That is certainly the character of this company as well as our parent, Cobb Energy Management Corporation. I am confident that this facility will help us build a stronger brand identity, improve retention of our most valued asset, our people, and help us attract new business. There may be bigger call centers, but I'd challenge you to find a nicer one!"

ProCore Solutions is a subsidiary of Cobb Energy Management Corporation, which is an affiliate of Cobb EMC. ProCore Solutions provides call center and staffing services.
