2010 - Providing various call center outsourcing services to 29 clients (including 15 co-ops & 8 municipalities) in North America.

2009 - ProCore Solutions became the first company in Cobb County to adopt Governor Purdue's Georgia Work Ready Program.

2009 - Providing various call center outsourcing services to 23 clients (including 11 co-ops & 6 municipalities) in North America.

2008 - Completed building expansion for second call center.

2007 - Providing various call center outsourcing services to 16 clients (including 9 co-ops & 3 municipalities) in 4 states.

2007 - Signed our first charity client.

2007 - Completed remodel of a state-of-the-art disaster recovery and training center.

2006 - Signed contract to handle Gas South customer service and natural gas sales.

2005 - Signed contract with our first municipality.

2004 - Signed contract with our first cooperative for outage services.

2003 - Moved into new state of the art 150 seat call center.

2001 - Provided sales calls for a local telecommunication company.

2001 - Signed contract with our first international client.

2001 - Began providing full service customer service for Cobb EMC.

2000 - Provided consulting services for an investor owned utility.

2000 - Began providing sales services for Interlink Control.

2000 - Created to handle Cobb Energy's contractual requirements for Scana Energy.
